@jcf Personally I'm actually really interested in that idea - I'd love to join a co-operative of people who want their content to exist effectively forever, and invest money in a pool that then keeps their domains renewed, keeps their static hosting paid for etc
I'd very much like someone else to actually solve the bureaucracy of setting that up though!
